This Collage was done during an artist residency in 2016 and it was the an inspiration for the video piece Stille, a digital chimera of two bodies 3D-scanned performing an almost silent choreography, recalling collective experiences of the past years.

Stille (Silence) is a hybrid installation
between dance and a sculpture of virtual
bodies in Augmented Reality. It reflects on
the past few years, when most collec!ve
experiences that enabled an escape from
reality and an unleashing and dissolution of
boundaries disappeared. The experience of
a frozen silence and a deep longing for those
experiences inspired Vef to work with two
essen!al elements of these experiences:
bodies and movement. He created this digital
chimera by scanning two bodies and using
movements from a queer movement archive.
The two ghostly bodies synthesise into one
through a silent choreography, recalling the
collecive experiences of our nights.
